We can usually arrange drop off and pick up times to suit your schedule.\u00a0 We do appreciate you delivering your dog to us at the time we have agreed on, or as near as possible to it. \u00a0It\u2019s not usually a problem if your dog arrives early, or is collected late, but arriving late does cause problems and may result in us not having enough time to groom your dog. \u00a0Likewise, if you call early to collect your dog, it may not be ready.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bath &amp; Dry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This package will make your pet look good and feel refreshed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bathing with warm water and a specialist shampoo<\/li>\n<li>Towel &amp; blow drying<\/li>\n<li>Spray of perfume.<\/li>\n<li>Nails are clipped after coat is <u>quickly<\/u> combed through.<\/li>\n<li>Bandanna and\/or bows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have now introduced a QUICK BATH AND DRY SERVICE. \u00a0This includes all the above features except the nail clip. \u00a0We also do not guarantee the coat is totally dry, and is more suited to very short haired dogs, but the cost is reduced, so ask about this one too![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4861&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4870&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Bath &amp; Tidy<\/h2>\n<p>This package is ideal for intermediate visits between full body clips, or when growing the coat longer for winter.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bathing with warm water and a specialist shampoo<\/li>\n<li>Towel &amp; blow drying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trimming around the eyes, feet, rear end, or where necessary, but limited<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nail clipping<\/li>\n<li>Ear cleaning (and plucking if required)<\/li>\n<li>Final comb through<\/li>\n<li>Choice of perfume spray<\/li>\n<li>Bandanna and\/or bows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Please note:<\/em> this package does NOT include a full body trim.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Body Clip<\/h2>\n<p>Our groomers work to a very high standard and are judged continually by our clients. \u00a0We have a good knowledge of most breed clips, or styles, \u00a0and pride ourselves with being able to be flexible enough to suit every owner.<br \/>\nEvery dog, just like their owner is an individual.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, you may for example tell us you would like your westie to simply look like a westie.\u00a0 We can certainly achieve this for you, (although sometimes it can take a couple of visits to do this depending on the length of the coat on the original visit.\u00a0 If the coat is to short where it needs to be longer, obviously we all need to wait for it to grow to achieve the desired look.)\u00a0 But, you may ask us to trim your westie to the same length all over, or you may prefer him\/her to be shorter on the body with a typical westie shaped face and maybe tail as well.<\/p>\n<p>The choices are endless and totally up to you, although we can help guide you if you require that.\u00a0 The only thing we won\u2019t do is clip your dog so that it looks silly, give it a mo-hawk for example.\u00a0 Sounds harmless, but if this is done, people tend to laugh at the dog when they see it and the dog can get quite upset about that, particularly when it happens repeatedly.\u00a0\u00a0 Even dogs don\u2019t like to be laughed at, and we don\u2019t encourage their unhappiness.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Full Groom Out<\/h2>\n<p>This is intended for dogs whose owners want to keep their friends in full coat.\u00a0 We can\u2019t always achieve this, immediately; it depends on the condition of the coat.\u00a0 We can and do brush out quite a lot of knots, but as always, we put the dog\u2019s well being first.\u00a0 If we consider it will take to long for the dog to cope with or be too painful to brush the coat out we will advise you instead to clip the coat to start with and with more regular grooming at home and\/or with us we can work on eventually achieving the desired look.
