Grooming usually takes between one and four hours, depending on the service required, your dog\u2019s size, and coat condition. We will either send you a text message or call when your dog is ready, or we can arrange a collection time in advance. We aim to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times but appreciate your arriving as close as possible to the agreed time. Late drop-off or collection may result in an additional fee if a staff member is required to wait.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bath &amp; Dry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This package is designed to leave your pet clean, refreshed, and looking their best.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bathing with warm water and a specialist shampoo<\/li>\n<li>Towel &amp; blow drying<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nails clipped after a quick comb-through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bandanna and\/or bows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also offer a Quick Bath and Dry service. This includes the same features as the Bath &amp; Dry package, except for nail clipping, and we do not guarantee the coat will be fully dry. We take pride in offering a flexible service tailored to both your dog and your preferences.<\/p>\n<p>Every dog is different, so grooming styles can be tailored to achieve the look you want. For example, if you would like your Westie to have a traditional breed-style trim, we can work towards that, although the result may sometimes require more than one visit depending on the coat\u2019s current length and condition.<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to guide you on suitable styling options if needed. Our focus is on grooming choices that keep your dog comfortable, well-presented, and appropriate for their coat type and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Full Groom Out<\/h2>\n<p>This service is designed for dogs whose owners wish to maintain a full coat. Results depend on the coat\u2019s condition, and while we can remove many knots through brushing, your dog\u2019s comfort and wellbeing always come first. If the coat is too matted or brushing would be too uncomfortable, we may recommend clipping first and then working with you over time to achieve the desired look through regular grooming at home and\/or in the salon. This service is usually priced similarly to a full body clip because it is equally time-intensive.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;4860&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>They missed a bit dear<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1491539345674{margin-top: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cat Grooming<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cats have different grooming needs from dogs and can be more challenging to groom due to their independent nature. While we are happy to brush out cats where possible, their coats are often too tangled or matted, so clipping is usually the safest and most comfortable option. We groom cats in a dedicated room with the door closed to help keep them secure and prevent any chance of escape from the salon. Although no cat has ever escaped during our years of grooming, we take this extra precaution for peace of mind.
